Position: Fence Consultant/ Sales

Summary

As a Fence Consultant/Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through effective negotiation and exceptional customer service. Reporting to the President, your primary focus will be on both outside sales and account management, leveraging your core skills in sales and customer relations. Residential and Commercial leads will be provided. Your premium skills in business development and B2B sales will enhance our market presence. Qualifications

  • Proven negotiation and customer service skills
  • Experience in outside sales and/or account management
  • Strong background in home services residential sales and/or B2B sales and business development
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and technology sales
  • Ability to conduct product demos and perform on site estimates
  • Excellent analytical skills and sales management experience
  • Knowledge in the fencing industry a plus

Responsibilities

  • Consultants will be responsible for meeting with 20-25 potential customers per week and providing them with estimates using our computerized tools.
  • Reasonable to meet with customers (residential and commercial) and provide them with detailed estimates
  • Conduct outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize business development initiatives and enhance sales processes.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
